- Pivot Racks sold with minor cosmetic flaws are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns/exchanges. Consumer verifies purchase of cosmetically flawed Pivot Rack upon order.
- Orders must be returned in their original packaging.
- Customer is financially responsible for the shipping cost of returned product.
- We are not able to credit e-bike assembly fees.
- We ship customer orders within the continental US only. Shipping to AK & HI is not available at this time.
